He is the co-founder and president of the Elijah Mission Institute (EMI), a leadership development organisation based in Cape Town, South Africa, dedicated to cultivating purpose-driven leaders across the spheres of Church, Family, Business, Academia, and Public Service. Mwanza holds a Master of Divinity in Non-Profit Management from Kairos University in Sioux Falls, South Dakota.
